Day of Coordination:
Time management assistance
Develop and distribute wedding day timeline
One lead coordinator, supported by a secondary coordinator, on the wedding date for 7 hrs
Confirmation, supervision & management of all service providers at the Ceremony & Reception
Direct Ushers and Groomsmen with guest seating for the Ceremony
Arrange programs, place cards, favors and other reception items (if necessary)
Review Banquet Event Order with Catering Manager
Arrange grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, etc. with reception entertainment/MC

Return or allocate rentals and decor
